Every piece is hand created from start to finish with attention to detail at every stage. Using a variety of techniques, in particular freestyle machine embroidery, which is drawing with the sewing machine, and various materials including Swarovski Crystal Beads, each design is exquisitely created. Petals are individually stitched, fabrics hand-painted and raw silk hand-felted with Merino wool, every step is thoughtfully designed and created.
Shirley also undertakes bespoke commissions for weddings and other occasions.
